Conditions of purchase

Conditions of purchase define the rules whose observance by DunavNET d.o.o. and the Customer ensures successful completion of sales transactions via the website iot-week.eu. Conditions of purchase also define consequences for both DunavNET d.o.o. and the Customer, which may be caused by non-compliance with the defined rules. DunavNET d.o.o reserves the right to change the general conditions of purchase, in accordance with the new developments related to purchase and legal regulations, and this is why it is necessary to check the information concerning general conditions of purchase before each purchase.

Online payments

Payment of the registration fee for participation in the IoT Week 2016 conference can be made via bank transfer or with Visa, EC/MC and Maestro payment cards through the Banca Intesa.

User privacy protection

DunavNET d.o.o. is obliged to protect the privacy of all our customers. We only collect the data that customers fill in themselves. It is necessary, basic information about customers, as well as other data necessary for successful registration for IoT Week 2016. conference and for providing high-quality services during the course of the conference. Customers’ data will be used to enable payment procedure and to allow you access to the conference venue. We give customers the opportunity to choose, including the opportunity to decide whether or not they want to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All users/customers data are kept strictly confidential and are available only to employees who need such information in order to perform their business activities. All employees (and business partners) of DunavNET d.o.o. are responsible for complying with the privacy protection principles.

By registering for the conference you agree to the principles of privacy protection and terms and conditions segments of this document.

Confidentiality of data

The User personal and address data provided to DunavNET d.o.o. during the purchasing process are considered a trade secret. DunavNET d.o.o. is prohibited from selling, ordering, providing or exchanging the User‘s name or payment card information to a third party in any form, unless it is the Bank or the competent state authorities. Retailers who intend to send promotional material to Users using personal information obtained through the processing of e-commerce transaction need to inform them in advance and give them the opportunity to refuse to participate in a marketing campaign through interaction at the e-commerce sales point.

DunavNET d.o.o. is obliged not to request from the User nor archive in any electronic form the data related to the payment card used to perform transactions, particularly the card number, expiry date, CVC2 and CVV number, etc.

Card payment security

If you are paying with payment cards, when entering your payment card details, confidential information are transmitted via public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most advanced technologies. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so that the complete charge process is conducted on the bank’s website. Payment card data are at no point available to our system.

Payment authorization and refund

During registration, only payment authorization will be carried out (reservation of funds), and not the payment itself. In this case, the payment will be carried out only upon order delivery. In case of rejected or canceled order, reservation of funds will be revoked as soon as possible. In case you have tried to make the payment more than once, it may happen that the same amount was reserved several times, but these funds will not be charged and the reservation will be revoked as soon as possible.

For rejected or timely canceled orders, the full amount paid online will be refunded to the user.

Revoking of authorizations and cancelations will be executed as soon as possible, which cannot be stated more precisely because it depends on the promptness of the payment card issuing bank.

In case of refunding to the Customer who has previously made a payment with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason of refund, DunavNET d.o.o. is obliged to conduct the refund only using VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, meaning that the bank will, at retailer’s request, perform refunding to the account of the cardholder.

Payment report

After completing a payment, you will receive a Payment report via e-mail, with the outcome of the payment (success or failure) and other details of the transaction (registration fee price). The report on successful payment is a proof that you have paid the order online. If you need a receipt as well, please indicate so when registering.

Conversion declaration

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site

Registration and registration fee payment method description

After filling in the registration form you can select the payment method:

  • Bank transfer, or

  • Payment with payment card (Visa EC/MC or MasterCard)

The Customer is obliged, before selecting any payment method, to check its registration and only after that to make the payment according to the instructions that were submitted for payment. If any irregularity or error is noticed, the Customer is obliged to react immediately so that the error can be promptly corrected. If the error is noticed after issuing the card, the Customer shall bear all potential modification costs. If the Customer makes the payment without any, it is considered that they agree with all the data in the reservation and that those data are correct. The link where to download the ticket is sent to the user via e-mail.

Payment via bank transfer

After selecting this payment method, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of registration and the invoice for the payment of registration fee will be sent to you no later than the following business day.

The payment can be made at any bank (you shall bear the commission costs).

Payment with payment card

After selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the security page of Banca Intesa where you will make the payment. In addition to the confirmation on the website, the outcome of the transaction will be sent to you via e-mail in the form of a Payment report .

In both payment methods, after recording of your payment, electronic card will be sent to you via e-mail. If you do not receive the card until the end of the following business day, you will need to inform the retailer via e-mail that you did not receive it.

You can address all your complaints directly to DunavNET d.o.o. in one of the following ways:

All complaints shall be conscientiously examined and adequately responded to.

You can file a complaint no later than June 6, 2016 (3 days after the conference) in case you have not exercised the defined rights regarding the chosen and paid registration fee package. Only the participants who have confirmed the registration on the spot and obtained the related material shall have the right to file a complaint.

In case you do not attend the conference, the complaints shall not be possible.

If the complaint is approved, the funds are returned to the Customer in full.

Refunding is carried out the same way the payment was performed – via bank transfer or with payment cards.
